Finding the Better Way

When we find the better way in life, isn't it important to follow it?

Okay, so nobody's perfect and you don't always do what you know is right, right? Right. So how do we stop ourselves from doing what we know is wrong? How many countless people often tell themsevles that they'll never drink again because of an especially painful hangover? I've heard it plenty of time and you know how many times I've seen them go through with it?

I haven't yet.

We all face our own bindings, our own troubles, our own particularly hard things to put under our feet. We often go back and forth between gaining and losing on the victory over these battles. So how do we attain and maintain this victory we want?

I have no better idea than to say find something or someone higher than yourself, shutup and listen.

Who did I use? My Creator. Who better to set my hands than the clockmaker himself?

Inauguration

To the morning, to the night
Here we sleep by candlelight
To evening, to the dawn
Think of living now as one

To the waking, to the sleep
Now to live in safer keep
Now to quiet, now to speak
For the ever living sweep
